Ben captioned the snaps: “Not the French delicacies I had in thoughts for 1st day of our household vacation!!
“Managed to amass an open fracture/dislocation on the water slide, and for these not within the know which means the bone was protruding the pores and skin ?.
“Word to the smart, don’t overlook your journey insurance coverage this summer time. Have enjoyable on the market guys ?. Hats off to the French healthcare/emergency providers.”
Now, Ben has given followers an replace on his accidents and shared footage on his Instagram Stories of his thumb after a steel rod was taken out.
Lying in mattress at Worthing hospital, Ben wrote: “4 weeks on from the accident and the steel rod is popping out.”
He then shared a video reenactment of the steel rod being pulled out and joked: “And I didn’t even get a sticker for bravery. Thank you #NHS”.
He then in contrast his injured thumb to the one on his different hand, which was a lot smaller than the one which had been dislocated.
He quipped: “My thumb appears to have grown.”
When Ben first posted footage from hospital on vacation, his A Place within the Sun co-stars had been fast to remark.
