The 21-year-old rapper said she has to feed her whole family so she doesn’t care what other people think.

The public has been tough on Mulatto lately. In recent weeks, the rapper has come under attack for wearing a shirt depicting a Hindu god and his controversial stage name that has rubbed a few people the wrong way. Through it all, the 21-year-old celebrated the release of her debut studio album Queen of Da Souf last Friday (August 21) and made club appearances. This has led the rapper to come under criticism from people who think artists shouldn’t perform during a pandemic.

A woman wrote on Twitter that “D-List” celebrities are the ones who still show their faces at parties and clubs, and Mulatto has defended herself against anyone who denounces her decision. “Yeah hoe ask what it took to get me out of the house too! I’m 21 and take care of all my family we send money to 5 different fucking states yeah I still collect them mines, “Mulatto wrote to the woman.

“You all have to go pay me my bills ??? Lol f * ck off for real,” the rapper added. “I promise I’m not the ‘celebrity’ to be bullied by my slutty statements I said what I said. Sorry but I have to eat and feed the others as well … others who don’t pay our bills #respectively. “Do you think artists should still throw parties while the pandemic is still going on?
